Starting Salary: Elm 5 £24,977 - £26,886 FTE
Actual Starting Salary: £20,569 - £22,141

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic librarian to manage our busy Learning Resource Centre (LRC) at Heathside Walton-on-Thames. This role represents a great opportunity to work within a stimulating environment to support students and staff with their information needs.
Duties will include:
- General supervision of tasks relating to the LRC – including loan and return of stock.
- Supervising extra-curricular support for students during their regular break periods.
- Develop links with curriculum areas, such as though portable displays, resources boxes etc.
- Encouraging the students to broaden their literacy repertoire
- Developing stock and resources to reflect the needs of staff, pupils and students.
- Day to day administration of the library
