An exciting opportunity to lead Religious Education in a new, purpose-built free school in its third year of operating
We are looking to appoint a talented and forward-thinking Subject Leader for RE to join our Humanities team from September. A passion for your subject as well as a desire to make a difference are essential.
The successful candidate will:
• Be accountable for leading, managing and developing the RE programme across the school.
• Develop the intent and implementation of the curriculum to achieve the desired impact, leading students to appreciate the subject and its application.
• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible and willing to go to great lengths to ensure the success of this new school.
• Be dedicated to contributing to key areas of the School Development Plan.
• Be able to demonstrate proven leadership qualities.
• Be able to make a full contribution in the duties and line management of the school.
• Contribute weekly to the extracurricular programme.
