The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Have a strong understanding of psychology curriculum at Key Stage 4/5.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
  • Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, well-being, and success.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development activities to further the department’s goals.
