The successful candidate will:
• have a proven record of successful leadership or be an ambitious Drama teacher looking for their next step
• have the vision and energy to generate and implement new ideas and put their unique creative stamp on this high achieving department
• have the commitment and skills to work and deliver to creative industry level standards
• can lead an outstanding team of committed specialist teachers
• will contribute to the wider life of the school.
