We are recruiting for the post of Senior School Administrator - Co-curricular. This important role focuses on providing high-quality, professional and responsive administrative support to the Senior School. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), teaching staff and the Office Manager, the Senior School Administrator will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school and ensure that administrative processes are efficient, accurate and well-organised.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role requires excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy administrative team.
This is a local hire, full-year position, meaning work will be carried out during both term time and school holidays. A generous leave allowance is included.

Location: Senior School Campus
Hours: 7:30 - 15:00 Sunday - Thursday. Some flexibility may be required, for example before or after school hours, or during busy periods.
Contract Type: Local hire, non term-time only position. No additional benefits. Vacation will be to suit workload with a generous leave allowance.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience in administrative roles involving coordination, scheduling or event planning
- Demonstrable experience managing complex logistical processes, preferable within a school, college or similarly fast-paced organisation.
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information in line with data protection requirements
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to support meetings, travel preparations and administrative tasks as required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with parents, students, staff and external parties.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in student data, travel documentation, safeguarding lists and trip records.
- Calm under pressure and able to respond effectively during peak times, incidents or urgent changes.
- Approachable, supportive and able to build positive relationships across the school community.
- A commitment to the values of the School and to the happiness, well-being, and success of all members of the school community.
