Job Overview
NLCS (Singapore) is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and committed Head of Learning Support (Senior School) to join the school from August 2026. The successful candidate will lead and deliver the Learning Support provision for Senior School students, ensuring that every learner is able to access the curriculum, make strong progress, and flourish within an academically ambitious environment.
The postholder will oversee the identification of student needs, coordinate appropriate interventions, and provide guidance to teachers on effective strategies for supporting diverse learners. They will also work closely with pastoral and academic leaders to ensure a coherent and holistic approach to supporting students with a range of learning profiles.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Head of Learning Support will work directly with students through targeted support, small-group interventions, and the development of personalised strategies that promote independence, confidence, and success.
All members of staff at NLCS (Singapore) are expected to contribute fully to the co-curricular and pastoral life of the school.

Our co-curricular programme, encompassing Sport, Music, Drama, and a wide range of clubs and societies, provides opportunities for students to discover new passions and excel beyond the classroom.
The Curriculum
Our curriculum reflects the academic ambition of NLCS (UK). While schemes of work are adapted to our Singaporean and international context, they are underpinned by the same spirit of scholarship and intellectual stretch.
Alongside the taught curriculum, students benefit from a wide variety of enrichment opportunities designed to develop their character, leadership, and confidence.
