The postholder is responsible for overseeing external lettings, maintaining accurate booking and invoicing records, and serving as the main point of contact for external organisations using school facilities.
The role also provides administrative support to key operational areas of the school, including the Drama and PE departments. Responsibilities include supporting events, coordinating schedules and resources, maintaining data systems, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
The approximate allocation of responsibilities is 30% Lettings, 20% Drama, and 50% PE support.
