A vacancy has arisen for a Full-Time Administration Assistant to commence as soon as possible.
Candidates should have GCSE’s or equivalent, Secondary School Leavers certificate or equivalent and be under spouse’s sponsorship. Any previous experience of administrative work, especially Google workspace and Canva or similar design programmes, is essential. Candidates will also need to possess both an excellent face to face and telephone manner and be personable, approachable and a strong team player.
The hours would be Monday to Thursday 7.15am until 3pm and Friday 7.15am until 12pm. This is a term time only position with one working week during the School holidays to be worked upon agreement of the Line Manager.
