Haberdashers' Monmouth School is seeking an inspiring and passionate part-time Director of Netball and Sports Coach to join our team from January 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Netball program, from planning to delivery, ensuring continuity of approach and progression for teams and individual players.
- Line manage and coordinate the work of all netball coaches.
- Manage the netball budget.
- Organise the netball fixture list, ensuring a suitable level of competition and opportunities for as many pupils as possible to represent the school in matches
- Contribute to the wider sports program and the school's extensive co-curricular activities.
- Support the all-round nature of school life, including engagement with the boarding community.
- Act as a role model, fostering confidence, self-belief, and strong interpersonal skills in pupils.
About You
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly skilled coach with a passion for netball and sports development. You should be:
- An excellent practitioner, able to inspire pupils and foster a love of sport.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to contribute fully to the life of a busy day/boarding school.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
