Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Enquiries & Admissions Officer. The Enquiries & Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing admissions processes responding to enquiries right through to the applications & assessment stage, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with prospective students and families.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Experience in Admissions and Education sector
Proficiency in Customer Service
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
