FOOTBALL COACH (FTC for the spring term)
Claremont is seeking an enthusiastic Football Coach to join our dynamic sports department for the Spring term.

The Role
- We are looking for a skilled and motivated coach to:
- Assist and lead in the coaching and management of football across all age groups
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions
- Lead school teams in fixtures, including after-school and Saturday morning matches
- Support pupils of all abilities to develop their skills and confidence
- Play an active role in the wider life of our sports department
The ideal candidate will have:
- Successful football playing experience
- A minimum FA Level 2 coaching qualification or UEFA C diploma (or above)
- Previous coaching experience at school or club level
- A passion for sport and a commitment to player development
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire confidence
Hours:
This is a part-time position (26 hours per week) for the Spring terms (05 January 2026 - 25 March 2026)
Actual hours are 1:00pm – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 1:00 – 5:00pm on Fridays and four hours on Saturday mornings for fixtures.
The rate of pay is £16-£18 per hour depending on skills and experience
