Position: Head of Admissions
Location: On site, Westbury-on-Trym BS9 3BA
Hours: Full-time, all year round. There will be a requirement and willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
The closing date for this position will be Monday 5th January at 8:00am
Interviews for this position will be held Friday 16th January 2026
Ideal start date for this position will be Monday 2nd February 2026

We are looking for an articulate and dynamic Head of Admissions to join our highly successful External Relations team.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Management and implementation of all matters relating to admissions
• Supporting the relationships with existing and potential Feeder Schools (UK and overseas) and with UK and overseas agents and influencers
• Taking the lead in the organisation, preparation, timetabling, and execution of the entire admissions process
• Leading on the assessment of pupils both in the UK and overseas
• Leading on the event planning and delivery of Open Mornings/ Evenings and other events
• Providing the first point of contact for each individual/family enquiry
To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience of working to deadlines and targets
• Excellent time management skills
• Someone who is personable, articulate and a credible ambassador for this leading girls’ school
