Future Readiness is a defining feature of the Haberdashers’ Monmouth School experience, equipping every student with the skills, mindset, and experience to thrive in a changing world. Whatever the ambition, applying to Oxbridge or Russell Group universities, pursuing competitive degree apprenticeships, entering the creative industries, or studying overseas, we will support students every step of the way. But we go further. Our commitment is to equip students to thrive in a dynamic and competitive employment landscape.
As students progress through the school, they will be encouraged to look beyond the taught curriculum to support their wider interests and learning. To truly stand out, students will be supported to go further and explore wider academic opportunities.
The School has recently launched a new “Futures Backpack” programme which runs through from Nursery to Sixth Form, supporting students throughout every phase of school life, helping them build, track, and develop essential skills. It empowers them to identify areas for growth and make the most of the wide range of opportunities available, ensuring they are equipped to thrive in the future.
