We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Administration and Reprographics Assistant to join our busy secondary school office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high‑quality support to staff and students. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the school by providing efficient administrative support and delivering a high‑quality reprographics service.

If you would like to join our Laurus family in a rewarding role that changes the lives of our pupils by empowering them to become the best that they can be then we would love to hear from you.

This position is contracted on a 37 hours per week Term Time Only basis. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so.

Job Purpose

  • Provide confidential administrative support including the preparation of documents and reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Schedule, monitor and prioritise the flow of job requests to the Reprographics Dept, ensuring all work is produced within necessary time constraints including photocopying and the use of scanning and printing equipment.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous.
  • Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role.
