This is a new role and it offers candidates an exciting opportunity to set up and lead the governance function for LiFE Multi Academy Trust (MAT). You will lead a team of Clerks who will be responsible for servicing Local Governing bodies, Trust Board Trust Board Committees and Local Governing Bodies and Senior Level groups (or equivalent).
Reporting to the Director of Governance you will advise on procedural matters and process and be involved in providing support to our schools in our growing multi academy Trust.
This post is responsible for providing high level quality governance administration to the Trust. High level administrative experience including minute taking of Trust Board Trust Board Committees and Local Governing Bodies and Senior Level groups (or equivalent) is essential. You will also be involved in formulating new policies that apply to all schools in the MAT.

We have a flexible approach to the hours of work. These can be full time or term time. Please specify your preference on your application form. The nature of the work will require flexible working with many of the meetings being workday evenings.
