Teaching Assistant

Required from as soon as possible

Grade 6, Pay Point 9-10

£16,925 to £17,195 pa (actual salary)

Term time plus 5 days training

27.25 hours per week - 8.30 – 3.00 pm

The Winstanley School is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant,  to work with the DSL and Pastoral Lead for SEND and SENDCo in supporting our students.  Experience of working with children, preferably in an educational setting, would be  advantageous. The Teaching Assistant will be based at The Winstanley School, a popular and  expanding 11-16 school situated in the heart of the vibrant and engaged Braunstone Town  community. The Winstanley School is oversubscribed and was recognised as good by Ofsted in  2023. The school is part of the LiFE Multi-Academy Trust of which Bosworth Academy is the  lead institution.
