The core work of an Associate Head of Year is to support the Head of Year in providing pastoral support to students within a year group, communicating effectively with staff and parents.
The school is looking to recruit a committed professional to join the Pastoral team at Judgemeadow Community College. We seek a flexible and versatile team worker with good communication skills who can motivate and enthuse our young people.
All Associate Heads of Year will undertake DSL training and develop significant experience in working with external agencies that support students in school.
