The Lionheart Educational Trust continually strives to provide a range of educational experiences that are challenging, enjoyable and able to break down any barriers, so that everyone has a chance succeed. The Lionheart Educational Trust established in 2014 with Beauchamp College as its founding provider, and has now grown to 14 schools - from primaries through to post-16 - making up our growing East Midlands educational trust.

Our philosophy is clear. We promote a student-centred approach that is underpinned by the understanding that the highest quality education is a right that all young people deserve regardless of their starting points.

We are dedicated to providing young people with the strongest foundations; educational qualifications that they can feel proud about because their education has taught them how to feel proud.

We know that promoting a positive, proactive approach that celebrates success unites school communities and breaks down barriers to learning.

Beauchamp Teach is the School Direct Initial Teacher Training run by the Lionheart Educational Trust.

The Lionheart Educational Trust seeks to develop teachers to work within our partnership and provide our students with teaching that secures academic excellence and holistic development.

Our partners work closely together allowing us to provide development opportunities in all our schools. Our partnership with University of Leicester ensures that you are supported by an experienced team of academic tutors. Our in-school mentors will provide you with the support and guidance you need on your journey to becoming an excellent classroom practitioner.
