We are seeking to appoint a 2 Learning Support Assistants to join our committed and supportive team at The Castle Rock School. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to provide targeted support to students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for supporting young people, particularly those with additional needs, and who demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience.
You will play a key role in supporting students both in the classroom and through small‑group or one‑to‑one interventions. This includes promoting positive behaviour, encouraging independence, building confidence, and contributing to personalised support strategies that enable learners to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
