An exciting opportunity has become available for those passionate about the importance of education and who want to support young people to be the very best they can be.
We are looking for a Learning Manager to join us, supporting our students to succeed in their education, becoming confident, articulate and young adults; the leaders and innovators of the future.
The team will be part of our wider pastoral support network and you will be working with experienced, caring and skilled professionals. You will be responsible for day-day support, encouragement and challenge for students across the school. You will develop, deliver and monitor behaviour management strategies across the school, finding solutions to overcome barriers to learning where necessary.
We are delighted to be part of the school rebuilding programme; we moved into purpose built temporary accommodation on site last year and to the permanent new build in 2027. We have also recently joined the Lionheart Trust giving wider opportunities for support and sharing good practice. This is an exciting and transformative time for us, and we are excited about what the future holds.
Staff at our school are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and caring and we support this with on-going professional development opportunities for all our employees.
We provide high quality continuous professional development to all of our staff. We also offer in-house training, making the most of the expertise within our own staff, including Specialist Leaders of Education and a Maths Mastery Specialist Teacher. Within the Trust we also have Primary Directors of Curriculum, Inclusion, English and Mathematics.
As a member of staff you will be able to access a number of staff benefits including membership of Benenden Health, Golden Time (a paid day’s leave a year), free eye tests and subsidised gym membership to name a few.
The best way to get to know us is to come and visit. If you would like to do so, you are more than welcome; please just get in touch with a member of the school admin team who will be able to make an appointment for you.
The Trust strives to be a diverse and inclusive place where all staff have a seat at the table: a seat to be free, a seat to inspire, a seat to challenge and a seat to succeed.
We currently have staff networks for staff who are Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME), Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer + (LGBTQ+), staff who would describe their background as working class and staff with a disability.
Please note all applications will be subject to an online in line with safer recruitment guidelines.
We will interview suitable candidates on application.
