We are looking to recruit a full-time, term-time + 2 weeks Office Manager to join our friendly, dedicated team – 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team.

In particular we require someone who has/is:

• Good level of written and spoken English, numerate, calm, courteous and able to work under pressure.

• Good ICT skills.

• Interest in developing and improving existing school systems and processes.

• Able to plan and prioritise regular and irregular tasks for the office team and allocate workload fairly.

• Able to effectively manage performance

• Able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff and all stakeholders.

• A proactive team-member, able to collaborate effectively with senior managers, office staff and colleagues across the school

• High level of personal and emotional resilience.

• Able to maintain confidentiality.

• Lots of patience.

• Capacity to be flexible, enjoy new challenges and be able to manage multiple priorities
