Learning without Limits Academy Trust

Learn more about our trust

About Learning without Limits Academy Trust

Established in 2016, Learning without Limits Academy Trust works across Leicester, Leicestershire and recently with partner schools in Coventry supporting children and young people from the age of two through to sixteen.

Our academies serve diverse communities, including areas facing significant social and economic challenge. We are proud to work in these communities and remain committed to improving the life chances of every learner in our care.

Collaboration Across Our Schools

Collaboration sits at the heart of our Trust. Each academy serves its own community, yet our schools work closely together, sharing knowledge, experience and support to strengthen one another.

Listening to Our Community

We value the voices of our learners, families and staff. By listening carefully and responding thoughtfully, we continue to develop our schools and ensure our work reflects the needs of the communities we serve.

Investing in Our People

Our staff are central to our success. We invest in professional development that draws on expertise across the Trust and from trusted partners, helping colleagues continue to grow in their roles.

A Trust That Continues to Improve

We are always looking for ways to improve. Colleagues are encouraged to explore new ideas, reflect on practice and work together to find better solutions for our learners.

Working Together

Above all, we are proud to be a family of schools that supports one another and shares a clear commitment to improving the life chances of every learner.

Introduction

At Learning without Limits, our learners are at the centre of everything we do. We believe the best outcomes come from schools where staff feel valued, supported and able to do their work well.

When you join our Trust, you become part of a community that works together with care, professionalism and a shared purpose. We invest in our people and create environments where both learners and staff can succeed.

Staff Wellbeing

We recognise that working in education is rewarding but demanding. Supporting staff wellbeing is therefore a priority. We encourage a healthy balance between work and life outside the classroom so colleagues feel respected, supported and able to give their best.

Professional Development

We are committed to helping our staff grow. Our professional development programme draws on expertise from across the Trust and from trusted external partners, giving staff access to high quality training and opportunities to continue developing throughout their careers.

Career Opportunities

Our Trust includes a range of primary and secondary academies, including specialist SEND provision. This allows colleagues to broaden their experience and develop their careers across different settings within the Trust.

A Supportive Community

Learning without Limits is a Trust where colleagues support one another, share expertise and work together so that every learner can succeed.
