About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Outdoor Learning Practitioner to inspire children and young people through hands-on, nature-based learning experiences. From environmental projects and den building to outdoor problem-solving and team challenges, you’ll create engaging opportunities that build confidence, resilience, teamwork and communication skills.
Working across academy sites, you’ll independently plan and deliver creative outdoor activities that support both curriculum learning and targeted interventions, while helping to develop and improve exciting outdoor learning spaces. You’ll work closely with staff to ensure activities meet the needs of all learners, including neurodiverse and vulnerable pupils, using flexible and inclusive approaches.
This is a dynamic, rewarding role for someone who thrives outdoors in all weather conditions, is passionate about enriching young people’s experiences, and is committed to creating safe, positive and memorable learning opportunities both during the school day and through wider enrichment activities.
