The role requires sound judgement, professional credibility and the ability to balance strategic development with day‑to‑day operational delivery in a multi‑site environment.
You will be a senior HR professional with strong employment law knowledge and experience of managing complex and sensitive casework. You will be comfortable working with senior leaders and governing bodies, pragmatic in your approach, and committed to developing others through effective guidance and CPD.
