Lyne and Longcross CofE (A) Primary School is looking for a highly organised, friendly and proactive Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative duties of our school office. You will be the first point of contact for parents, staff and visitors ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school.
The successful candidate will be:
- an excellent team player with good communication skills
- efficient and organised in their approach to daily routines and tasks
- a friendly and approachable individual who builds excellent relationships with stakeholders
- proficient in IT and have a good working knowledge and understanding of various standard software packages
Job hours :
Monday - Friday – 8:30 – 15:30
