We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join our support staff team. This role provides essential SIMS and data support to staff. An aptitude for data management and an excellent knowledge of Excel is essential. Good communication skills and an ability to engage with both staff and students will be required. The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly, plan, prioritise and manage time efficiently whilst dealing with frequent interruptions. This is a permanent contract to start as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C or above. Relevant office experience including proven ICT skills are essential. Previous school experience, particularly in first aid would be an advantage.

Lytchett Minster is a successful 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with approximately 1550 students, 288 of whom are in the exceptional sixth form. The learning environment is stunning with extensive and beautiful grounds; the school site is comprised of South Lytchett Manor House together with a number of modern extensions including the Arts block and theatre.
