Mangotsfield School, part of Castle School Education Trust (CSET) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Library & Literacy Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

About the Role

As Library and Literacy Coordinator you will inspire and promote a genuine love of reading by students across the school and support students' educational achievements through literacy skills. You will play a critical role in managing, promoting and developing the Learning Resource Centre and support the teaching staff with the development of students with literacy difficulties. 

Hours: 37 per week, Term Time Only + Inset Days 

Salary: Starting at £25,991 FTE (£22,256 pro rata) 

 

About You

You will have a passion for opening the eyes of pupils to all the answers literacy can give them about life and themselves. You will be collaborative, confident and have exceptional communication skills. You’ll be personable and able to build effective relationships across the trust.
