Hours: 14 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term time only + 5 INSET)

Working days: Thursday and Friday, 8.30am-4pm

Contract Type: Permanent contract

About the role

You will provide organisational and administrative support to the pastoral team. You will have responsibility for managing your workload independently under the general direction of the Schools Operations Manager. The postholder will be expected to act as a role model to all students upholding the school values, and at all times promoting the safety and welfare of young people in accordance with CSET/School policies and procedures and any associated guidance.

About you

You will need excellent attention to detail and be able to produce accurate work whilst prioritising effectively. You will have brilliant written and verbal communication skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team. You’ll be proactive, and have the confidence to solve problems independently. Good working knowledge of IT software such as Google suit, Excel, Word and powerpoint are essential. We are open to full time and part time applicants.
