Cleaner

Mulberry Park Educate Together Primary Academy is  situated on the new Mulberry Park housing development in Combe Down. 

We are currently seeking to recruit  a cleaner to start as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will work alongside the cleaning supervisor to ensure the school is cleaned to a high standard. 

Our  cleaners are very much part of our staff team at Mulberry Park, making sure the school is a clean and safe environment in which children can learn.

The hours  are 15 per week Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 6.30pm.  The role is term-time only (including inset days) plus one week in Christmas holidays, one week in Easter Holidays and 2 weeks in Summer Holidays. The working hours in the holidays can be flexible and can be arranged to suit.  

The rate of pay is currently £12.65 per hour. 

Closing date is June 29th at 9am

Interviews will be held shortly afterwards. The successful candidate will work 2 weeks in August and then term time from September.

• All successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and provide references that confirm their suitability for the role.
• We have a robust child protection policy in place, and all staff are required to adhere to our safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Regular safeguarding training is provided to ensure all staff remain vigilant and informed on current safeguarding issues.
