Customer Relations Assistant

To be the primary point of contact between NPTC Group of Colleges and its customers dealing efficiently with customer enquiries and providing an exceptional and responsive service.

Rate of pay: Scale 2, Points 14 – 16, £18,328 - £19,258 per annum. (Equivalent to £3,467 - £3,643 per annum)

Hours of Work: 7 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Contract: Part time, fixed term until 31 July 2021.

Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (or equivalent) and have relevant experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) be IT literate equivalent to level 2 with working knowledge of MS Excel.
