Olchfa is looking for a Learning Coach to join our team at our outstanding school. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic aspect of the school’s work, which is leading the way in promoting inclusion.

We welcome applications from all levels of experience. The successful candidate may be someone returning to the workplace following a career break, or already have experience of working within an education setting. We also welcome applications from recent graduates who may be considering a future route into a career in education or training and wanting to gain some experience of working within a school.

However, successful candidates will need to demonstrate a strong sense of empathy with children and young people and be aware of some of the challenges that they face in their lives. It would be beneficial to have a coaching background or some knowledge of mindset training or similar.

If you would like to be part of a dynamic, developing organisation and Pioneer School we would like to hear from you.  You will be offered excellent guidance, support and ongoing development whilst at Olchfa; all we ask in return is your commitment to achieving excellence, your ability to inspire others and a passion for your work.

In return, you can expect:
