Post Casual Duty Manager

Contract type: Casual

Pay Scale: Grade 10 £12.80 - £13.47 per hour

Winterbourne Academy are looking for a Casual Duty Manager, to join our friendly and professional lettings team at Winterbourne Academy.

The Casual Duty Manager will assist with the weekend and evening running of our sport facilities, including sports hall, sports fields, swimming pool and all weather pitch, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety as the first priority.

The successful candidate will be a proactive member of the team, who will be able to supervise our Casual Lifeguards/Sports Assistants, ensuring performance potential is optimised and all work is carried out to the highest standard.

They will have excellent communication, customer service and admin skills. They will have the ability to think on their feet, and be able to remain calm when under pressure. They will also have experience in a similar role.

A Lifeguard Qualification or Emergency Pool Response Qualification would be desirable, or the successful candidate will be prepared to undertake training. This is only to cover LG breaks only, when required

The post-holder would be required to provide cover and support when needed during peak periods, holiday cover, sickness/absence cover etc. These casual posts will involve both evenings and weekend shifts.
