We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer who leads with authenticity, champions inclusive and high quality education, and builds  strong, collaborative relationships across the Trust and with our wider partners. Working closely with an experienced and committed Board, a talented Executive Team, and a network of exceptional school leaders, they will contribute to our collective ambition for every learner’s success.

The Chief Executive Officer will be an outstanding strategic leader who can clearly articulate the vision, values, and ethos of the Olympus Academy Trust, inspiring and empowering others to deliver them in practice. They will bring a proven background in successful school leadership and will take overall responsibility for the performance of all schools within the Trust.
