Winterbourne Academy is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Design & Technology Technician to join our thriving and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for design and innovation to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education within our Product Design and wider DT curriculum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist technical support to teaching staff, ensuring that all practical lessons are well-prepared and run smoothly. This includes setting up and maintaining tools, equipment and materials, as well as offering in-class support to students during practical activities. You will be instrumental in helping to create a safe, engaging and inspiring learning environment where students are encouraged to explore, experiment and develop their skills.
This is a part time position working 20 hours per week, term time only plus INSET days.
