We are seeking a HLTA to join our team at Winterbourne Academy. Starting 1st September 2025

The working hours will be Monday-Thursday 8:15-4:15 and Friday 8:15-3:45.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic Learning Support team as HLTA. In this vital role, you will work closely with the SENCo, Learning Support team and pastoral leaders to provide guidance and support to SEN students across the school. It is an exciting and varied role and includes managing the Learning Support Base as well as developing, delivering, monitoring and reviewing a range of interventions to support students with their learning.

This key role, within a supportive, experienced and well-established team, is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact on young people.
