Teacher of Humanities

Full Time, Permanent

Start Date: Term 5 or September 2026 depending on successful candidate

Pay Scale: MPS/UPS

We are seeking an outstanding Teacher of Humanities to start in April (when the current teacher leaves) or September. The successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality lessons, motivate, challenge and inspire our students. They will be committed to closing gaps and raising attainment across all abilities, whatever the starting point. They should have a strong sense of teamwork, a willingness to contribute to the faculty and a desire to improve their own and the faculty’s practice. An ability to teach across humanities at Key Stage 3 and your specialist subject to both Key Stage 4 and 5 is essential with an ability or willingness to teach history and Religious Studies at Key Stage 4 being an advantage.
