Contract: Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week)

Pay Scale: L11 £66,367

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer

The role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Olympus as Director of IT.

The Director of IT will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver the Trust’s vision and strategic priorities by ensuring that digital and technology services are secure, reliable, and aligned to educational outcomes.

The Trust is going through an exciting period of change with a new school opening on 1st September 2026 which will be the Trust’s first school in a fully Microsoft environment. The Director of IT be instrumental in developing a trust-wide digital strategy to support teachers and other members of staff to enhance their skills with new digital technology making a real difference to young people in their education and future lives.

They will lead the management, development, performance and continuous improvement of the Trust’s Information Technology services, delivering high quality, trusted and efficient services to students, staff, parents and other stakeholders.

This role is critical in ensuring that Olympus continues its journey by ensuring that technology supports all Trust stakeholders and supports the Trust to grow from strength to strength.
