At Parson Street Primary School, we have a new position open for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our school office. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday, 12pm-4pm.
Job overview
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.

Key responsibilities would be:
- To provide essential administration support for the whole campus
- To provide a point of contact for students, parents and visitors
- To deal with complex reception/visitor matters

Fluency Duty
The ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users of the service and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
