Are you a teacher who thrives on variety, enjoys working as part of a strong team and wants to make a real difference?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and skilled teacher to join Pond Meadow Academy Trust in a varied role providing PPA cover and supporting other teaching requirements across the school.
This is a great opportunity to become part of an ambitious, supportive and forward-thinking special school where no two days are quite the same. You will have the opportunity to work across different classes and phases, getting to know a wide range of pupils and working alongside experienced teachers, support staff, therapists and leaders.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, positive and confident stepping into different teaching environments, while maintaining the high expectations and consistency our pupils need.
Our vision is “Equipping our learners for life”, and everything we do is centered around helping our pupils develop the skills, independence and confidence they need for their future.
Previous experience in special education would be an advantage, but it is not essential. What matters most is that you are curious, willing to learn, able to adapt your teaching and genuinely excited by the opportunity to work with children and young people with a wide range of needs.
If you are looking for a teaching role with variety, challenge, strong teamwork and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, we would love to hear from you.
