Pond Meadow Academy Trust is a specialist day school providing high quality education for approximately 170 young people from 3-19 years of age. Based in Guildford, Surrey, the school meets the needs of pupils with ASD (Autism, Communication and Interaction Needs) and/or Severe learning Disabilities.

We are delighted to offer a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional primary practitioner to join us as a Teacher in our brand-new specialist satellite provision in Cobham, Surrey.

This role is ideal for a committed, values-driven teacher who wants to be part of building something from the ground up, working closely with senior leaders to establish a nurturing, high-quality specialist provision from its very beginning.

🌱 About the Role

This is a primary Teacher post within our new satellite provision, which will open as part of Pond Meadow’s continued expansion.

The successful candidate will:

• Teach within the new satellite provision
• Contribute to the planning, development and implementation of the new site
• Be appointed in advance of the site opening, allowing time to:
• Embed systems, routines and curriculum aligned with Pond Meadow’s Teaching and Learning Guidelines
• Establish high-quality, neuro-affirming classroom practice
• Observe practice and receive specialist training at our Guildford site
• Contribute to shaping the culture, environment and ethos of the new provision

During the pre-opening phase, you will work across both sites to ensure strong consistency, shared values and excellent preparation for launch.
