Pond Meadow Academy Trust is a specialist day school providing high quality education for approximately 170 young people from 3-19 years of age. Based in Guildford, Surrey, the school meets the needs of pupils with ASD (Autism, Communication and Interaction Needs) and/or Severe learning Disabilities.

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an exceptional practitioner to join us as a Teacher at our well established Guildford site.

This role is ideal for a committed, values-driven teacher who wants to be part of an outstanding provision

🌱 About the Role

The successful candidate will:

• Teach within our established specialist provision in Guildford

• Plan and deliver highly structured, individualised learning programmes

• Implement Pond Meadow’s Teaching and Learning Guidelines consistently and confidently

• Establish high-quality, neuro-affirming classroom practice

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support communication, regulation and engagement

• Contribute to the continued development of curriculum and classroom practice

You will join a team where systems, routines and expectations are well embedded, enabling you to focus on high-quality teaching and meaningful progress for every learner.

• Is reflective, collaborative and committed to continuous professional development
