32.5 hrs pro-rata £18,893 per annum
32.5 hours per week over 39 weeks (term time only)

Receptionist
Pond Meadow Academy Trust is seeking a professional, organised and approachable Receptionist to provide a welcoming, efficient and supportive front-of-house service within our specialist school community. As the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, parents, carers and staff, the postholder will play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression of the school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering telephone and email enquiries, welcoming and signing in visitors, supporting pupil attendance and meal administration, managing post and deliveries, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office.
We are looking for someone with experience of working within a busy office environment, strong organisational and administrative skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure, maintain confidentiality and work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
Experience of working within a school environment, knowledge of safeguarding procedures, and an understanding of data protection requirements would be advantageous, although full training and support will be provided.
