Reigate School is looking to appoint a friendly and motivated Premises Manager. The Premises Manager will take the lead role for managing site maintenance and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Reigate School. They will maintain the site’s safety, cleanliness and security at all times and will ensure the school is compliant with all statutory legislation, standards and guidance. They will contribute and lead the site team to ensure the Trust’s vision of providing a world-class education facility is achieved

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a building or site management role
• Experience of Managing staff
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team

The full time equivalent annual salary up to £33,422. A recruitment and retention allowance may be considered.
