This is a varied role at the heart of the College, supporting student achievement through accurate data, effective administration and quality assurance. You will work closely with curriculum leaders and senior managers, helping them use information to identify priorities, monitor progress and drive improvement.

Contract: Full-time, permanent - Term Time Plus 1 week

What you’ll do

Student progress and data

• Produce, analyse and present student achievement, attendance, progress and risk data.

• Identify trends, emerging concerns and students who may require intervention.

• Support College Monitoring Points and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for curriculum and senior leadership meetings.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is timely and accessible.

Quality assurance

• Coordinate lesson observations, learning walks, curriculum reviews and course monitoring.

• Maintain QA records, track improvement actions and produce reports for review meetings.

Curriculum administration

• Coordinate online parents’ evenings, including schedules, staff availability, communications and troubleshooting.

• Support mock examination planning, timetabling, room allocation and administration.

Executive and team support

• Provide diary and administrative support to designated Assistant Principals.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and papers, take notes and maintain action logs.

• Provide wider administrative support across the Central Administration Team, including during busy periods and staff absences.

• Respond professionally to enquiries from students, parents, staff and external stakeholders.

About you

You will be organised, accurate and confident working with data, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

You’ll need strong IT, communication and administrative skills, together with the discretion to handle confidential student information. Experience of working with student data, quality assurance or within an education setting would be advantageous, but transferable data and administrative experience will also be considered.
