Three Trees Academies are seeking a friendly and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our caring team and help provide a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.

Working as part of our dedicated staff team, you will:

• Supervise pupils while they eat their lunch and during outdoor/indoor play, ensuring their health, safety and wellbeing at all times.

• Promote positive behaviour in line with our school’s Behaviour Policy, dealing with any incidents fairly and consistently.

• Organise and supervise play activities, setting up and putting away equipment and ensuring all areas are left clean and tidy.

• Provide first aid and comfort to pupils when needed, recording accidents in line with school procedures.

• Follow all school policies, including those relating to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality.
