Premises Officer
Full Time, Permanent 37 Hours per week
Grade 6, £25,995 - £26,409 FTE per annum
Are you practical, good at solving problems, able to use your own initiative, have good people skills, have high standards for health and safety and a clean and organised environment? Are you a can-do person who is reliable, hardworking, patient, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work?
If the answer is yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Premises Officer at St Simon and St Jude CofE Primary School & Higham on the Hill Primary School.
Main duties will include general maintenance and care of the premises, security, health and safety, daily cleaning/deep cleaning during school holidays and liaising with contractors. The successful candidate will have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills as accurate records need to be kept. Previous experience is not essential but the desire to learn is.
