We are looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated and committed staff, to work 1:1 supporting children with additional needs.   The hours for the first vacancy are 8.30 a.m. - 3.20 p.m.  and the hours for the second vacancy are 12.00 noon - 3.20 p.m.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team.  Ideally we require people who have:

Experience of working with children with special educational needs

Good written and verbal communication skills (GCSE or equivalent A* - C in Maths and English)

A high level of personal and emotional resilience

Lots of patience

Capacity to be flexible

Ability and confidence to use initiative, whilst respecting advice from professionals

Positively promote inclusion and have high expectations for all children

Self-aware, reflective and keen to improve their practise with high aspirations both for themselves, their children and the school
