An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradgate Education Partnership as a Learning Support Assistant at The Roundhill Academy, working 32.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with young people under the guidance of the SENDCO and the wider SEND team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a successful and supportive department. The role includes delivering small group interventions, planning and supporting key activities for students with SEND, and providing targeted literacy and numeracy support. You will also play a key role in the school’s implementation of the Thrive approach, for which full training will be provided.
