Full and part time/ flexible working options will also be considered (up to 1.0 FTE).

Salary: Soulbury 17-20 (23), £62,440 - £65,794 (£69,586 inclusive of SPA’s) Current salary and terms and conditions will remain if appointed on a secondment basis.

The Education Achievement Service (EAS) is seeking to appoint an effective leader with headship experience, to the post of School Improvement Partner.

Working closely with the Principal School Improvement Partners as part of the School Improvement team, the successful candidate will lead on and deliver proactive and focused school improvement support within the region. The role provides the opportunity to collaborate and work in partnership with a range of stakeholders, including local authorities, schools and colleagues across the EAS, to ensure appropriate and timely support for schools linked to their self-evaluation and individual priorities for improvement.

We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of school improvement and who is keen to develop new skills and experiences, including working with a range of strategic partners. The EAS vision is to support and enable schools and education settings to thrive as effective learning organisation, learning from each other and the wider educational community.
