We would like to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work at South Farnham School.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, kind team player and would also suit a Graduate (or equivalent) who may be interested in pursuing a career in teaching at a future date and would like to gain school experience. The position requires good interpersonal skills and a strong desire to develop and support children in all areas of school life.
South Farnham Educational Trust is a primary multi-academy trust which currently consists of four schools, South Farnham School, Highfield South Farnham School, The Raleigh School & Wallace Fields Infant & Nursery School. We also have two associate members of the Trust - St Mary's C of E (Aided) Infant School and Nyambani Village School in Kenya.
Our thriving School Centred Initial Teacher Training establishment (SCITT) has over 100 trainees and from September 2021 South Farnham School was awarded Teaching School Hub status which is a fantastic accolade for both the school and Trust.

Hours of work are 8.50am -3.05pm Monday - Friday during term time only (38 weeks).
